CSE identifies counties and municipalities with economic mobility strategies that include low- and moderate-income workers within their counties and cities. CSE comes alongside the senior leadership to identify the skill and socioeconomic condition of their employees and builds out a program model that incorporates CSE’s 4-pillar programming, “The Anatomy of Sustainability”.
This program encourages economic mobility, through employee growth within the organization to livable wage career paths. CSE accomplishes this through our 12-week educational programming and 12 months one to one coaching with the employees, middle and senior management.
